Cristina Fernández

Research Areas: Effects of forest fires and of the fire prevention techniques on natural vegetation regeneration, run-off and soil erosion. Development and studying the effects of restoration treatments for the hydrological-erosive risk in burnt forest areas.

In the last ten years, Cristina has taken part in different international and national projects in the aforementioned areas in competitive calls.

She is the author of different publications in the areas of her specialist field (92 articles in SCI journals; 4 books; 25 book chapters; 24 articles in non-indexed journals; 145 papers to conferences).
