Igor Zorrakin

In 2000, he joined the Technical Office of Durango Town Council as an Architect in the Urban Planning Service, where he also takes part in the town council’s architectural projects,

planning and management instruments, such as the project and construction management of the Durango Municipal Library (2006 – 2009), and Durango’s Subsidiary Planning Rules

(200-2005). Since 2012. he has been head of Durango Town Council’s technical office, on secondment, where he has promoted several modifications to general planning, development plans, urban regeneration, and urban management and execution.

He is currently responsible for drawing up the new General Urban Development Plan for Durango.
